We are currently recruiting for the below:
Maintenance Team Leader, Salary: £competitive + on call allowance:
Will report to the Gas Plant Operating Manager and be responsible for leading a multi-skilled maintenance team to carry out the operational activities, issue work permits, and ensure that operations on the facility are implemented safely and according to company procedures.
Applicants will ideally have at least 10 years maintenance experience of processing plants and equipment, ideally within the oil and gas industry and have previous experience of leading and supervising a multi-skilled maintenance team.
Applicants will ideally have a vocational/ technical qualification or equivalent in electrical, instrument, and/ or electro-mechanical engineering. A certificate in Process Technology level 3 or equivalent will be an advantage. Applicants should be capable of being appointed as the authorised person (electrical) for isolation and permit to work purposes.

Multi-skilled Maintenance Technicians x 6, Salary: £competitive + on call allowance:
Will report to the Gas Plant Operating Manager and be responsible for carrying out the operational activities and issuing work permits to ensure operations on the facility are implemented safely and in accordance with company procedures. We are looking for:
· 2 x Electrical Technician – experience of HV systems will be an advantage
· 2 x Mechanical Technician
· 2 x Instrument Technician
Applicants will ideally have at least 5 years operations and/ or maintenance experience of processing plants and equipment, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
Applicants will ideally have a vocational/ technical qualification or equivalent in electrical, electro-mechanical or instrument engineering. A certificate in Process Technology level 3 or equivalent will be an advantage.

The attendance arrangements for these roles require that applicants are available to work an ‘on call’ duty rota and as such you must live within 30 minutes travelling distance (by car) from the Gas Plant site located on the outskirts of Northwich (CW9 7LP).
Operating Manager, Salary: £competitive + bonus:
Will be responsible for leading a team of 13 personnel working a shift and on-call rota. The role will involve ensuring the efficient management of operations together with optimising the availability of the storage facility. The Operating Manager will report to the Gas Plant Manager.
Applicants will ideally have at least 6 years operations experience of processing plants and equipment, ideally within the oil and gas industry, and have a minimum of 3 years management experience.
Applicants will ideally have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to coordinate multiple activities by prioritising and delegating, and meet targets and deadlines whilst ensuring the quality of work and the safety of the plant.
You should demonstrate that you can take initiative to improve the safety, performance and efficiency of the facility and can identify best practice as part of continuous improvement.

Maintenance Manager, Salary: £competitive + bonus:
Will manage and supervise the Maintenance Team (composed of 3 members) and report to the Gas Plant Manager. The Maintenance Manager will contribute to the optimisation of operating performance and the efficiency of maintenance activities on the storage facility.
Applicants will ideally have at least 5 years operations experience of processing plants and equipment, ideally within the oil and gas industry, and have a minimum of 2 years management experience. Applicants should also have knowledge in maintenance implementations/theory and be familiar with computed aided maintenance systems.
Applicants will ideally have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
To be successful in this role you should be able to control and implement the maintenance plan to maintain and improve performance, reliability and safety of the facility. Maintenance actions must be assessed and prioritised in order to optimise the annual maintenance plan. You should demonstrate that you can work closely with cross functional teams and that you are able to negotiate outsourced work contracts in order to reduce downtime, and to achieve aims and objectives.
